Heat Exchanger: If the heat exchange fails on your new furnace within ten (10) years of installation, we will replace the entire furnace absolutely FREE. Ask your comfort consultant for details.

Air Conditioner/Heat Pump: If the compressor fails on your new air conditioner or heat pump twice within five (5) years of installation, we will replace the entire outdoor unit absolutely FREE. Ask your Cool Today comfort consultant for details.

3-Year Money Back Guarantee

If your new comfort system fails to keep you comfortable up to two (2) years after installation, Cool Today will make unlimited attempts to resolve the issue up to and including removing your new comfort system and refunding 100% of the purchase price.

2-Year Performance Guarantee

If your new comfort system fails to perform optimally for up to two (2) years after installation, Cool Today will make unlimited attempts to resolve the issue. 10-Year Parts and Labor Warranty
